Hello my whole family ate there last January 3 2024. Our plate is filing up already so I thought of asking any staff that we're available if they can get our plate but I saw them just sitting down doing nothing.especially Meggie the Chinese girl with a short hair so I did it myself.i put the plates along with the dishes after we finish eating our first plate.I also brought my 4 years old autism son with me who I admittedly messes his food but not a lot.like a few fries on the floor which I'm going to clean after...we all the time eat in a restaurant and clean my son's mess after we eat I can assure you that..But this Meggie sarcastically approach me handling me a broom and told me in a very rude way to clean the floor after we eat because she told me its not her job.And I find it humiliating and so embarrassing as a loyal customer of your restaurant. My husband and I confronted her but she don't even apologize and insisted that we should clean the floor because it's not their job.I said how come this Meggie the Chinese girl with a short hair assumes that I will not clean it after. She could just have ask us first in a polite way or with respect as their customer. But no she argued and told us it's not her job.But I even clean our tables and put the plates in the dishes because she's just there sitting down doing nothing..This is so disrespectful, so rude and a bad service to a loyal customer.ee like us who's been eating in Jade for so many years already.. Im so upset and so very disappointed.And we decided not to comeback here again because of this bad experience ..But I would also like to give thanks to the man named Lee for listening to my complaints and even apologizing and to the man in front desk. Thank you..Meggie is the most rude and disrepectful restaurant staff weve encountered..Thank you very much and I hope i will get back an answer..

The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. The price is beyond reasonable.
